Fathom was delighted to be named Small Supplier of the Year at the Belfast Telegraph IT Awards 2019, held on 08.11.2019 at The MAC, Belfast.
The inaugural awards event seeks to recognise and celebrate the significant contribution that IT businesses, IT departments and IT professionals make to their organisations, their clients, the sector and the local economy in Northern Ireland.
Fathom was shortlisted for two awards:
Small Supplier of the Year
Digital Project of the Year (DWToolshop.com in partnership with Groundswell)
In addition to winning Small Supplier of the Year, we were highly commended for our work with DWToolshop.com. In this project, we provided in–depth user research, information architecture and UX strategy to help translate a physical hardware store into a sleek, well–structured online shopping experience. Our work was in collaboration with our friends at Ecommerce growth agency Groundswell, who continue to drive the site’s strong performance.

Small Supplier of the Year
Our success in the Small Supplier category follows a year of exciting new undertakings and strong performance across our agency. Some highlights include:
- steady growth in our team, clients and commercials
- new services, such as service design and accessibility audits
- a new and improved UX blog
- taking our popular UX Training courses across the globe
We’d like to congratulate all of the winners and finalists, and thank Belfast Telegraph for organising a great event.
