Charlotte Tracey

Senior UX Researcher

Charlotte Tracey

Charlotte specialises in planning, delivering and optimising Fathom’s UX research methods for the benefit of our clients. Her interest in Experience Design began while studying for a MA in Museum Studies and Cultural Heritage, leading to opportunities to work with organisations such as The National Trust and Tate, helping them improve their visitor experience understanding. Charlotte’s time at Fathom has seen her deliver and lead research on a wide variety of projects for clients such as Independent News and Media and Belfast City Council, Advice NI and Titanic Belfast.

Charlotte enjoys all aspects of the user experience design process, ensuring research insight is appropriately integrated into the design process. Her passion lies in working with clients to identify user needs, behaviours and create optimised intuitive and accessible experiences for all.

Belfast may be Charlotte’s current home, but she is still a Derry Girl at heart. She often spends weekends in Derry or Donegal, hiking with her family, always on the lookout for the perfect pint of Guinness.
