Andy takes a systematic approach to gathering insights and investigating user needs. His areas of expertise include qualitative and quantitative research methods, underpinned by a postgraduate academic background in marketing. He has experience working on projects that span public services, e–commerce, B2B websites, e–learning platforms and more. He works closely with designers to ensure that the user’s voice is represented throughout the design process.
Outside of work Andy would have you think that he spends his time playing bass, going for hikes and enduringly supporting Irish rugby. But really he’s just telling dreadful puns.
